So anytime I’ve faced with a catastrophic, demoralizing bug, I listen to this song -
Then it hit me, I could just install 4.9.2, try to import my FBX files there then migrate them to 4.10.1
Then hopefully someone will come out with a patch that fixes C++.

I found a work around to the bug.

I have pretty much a similar issue with a similar workaround. My animations do import into 4.10 without crashing it, but the animations are completely broken and a big part of the keys are missing.

I have provided Epic with my files and they were able to reproduce the bug and have it now filed and are (hopefully) working on it.
As a wild guess Id say our two issues could very well be related to the same source problem - whatever that may be.
Is there any news about this bug ? Importing of my FBX totally crashes 4.10.1. I keep importing and migrating from 4.9 …
