I’d like to make a Bubble Shooter game like Bubble Shooter FX - Gameplay Part 01 - YouTube,
but I don’t want to make it from scratch, so is there any Blueprint Template I can dive into? Thank you!

Unfortunately, there is no official template for a bubble shooter in UE, nor could I find one one in the marketplace. The best I have found is a non-Epic affiliated template on itch.io. Hey, that looks like fun! That was actually the first game I wanted to develop in Unreal Engine as well.
It is hard to know what template you are looking for, as I am not aware of the platform you will develop for. I also believe that there is no particular template for a Bubble Shooter game. I looked at the marketplace for you and couldn’t find anything, so you will have to resort to the Samples library which can be found here:
In here the closest thing would be the Match 3 example. If you are going to create the game for mobile looking at this example it would be great:
