From what I can tell, it’s in a rather early stage of its lifespan (ui is still choppy IMO), but nonetheless it seemed to me like there would be a unified community around the Epic Games Store as well as Unreal Engine. If not, is a subforum for the EGS planned for once it’s far enough into development?
It would seem there are no plans for it at present.
