Any roadmap, todo list or bug list for the community?

Hi all !!
I’m a programmer and I want practice with the Unreal Engine code and contribute in some way. Is there any feature list or something similar for the community ? Indeed I think that the best way you become familiar with the code is working on it. I have alread seen several video tutorial and docs, but many of them focus on gameplay. Any hint ?

Thank you, but I think that roadmap is for the “official” development team. The risk is to do the same work twice. I wonder if there is any “open feature request list” for the community.
