Any idea how long applications normally take?

Hey all.

Just wondering how long applications usually take?

My colleague signed up for us and I’m trying to follow up on our application (University of Bolton, here in England). But wondered what the usual timescale is?

Just a little concerned because we start teaching next week here in the UK and I’ve got several UE4 based classes to give. Its not a huge problem, but I really wanted to get my new programming students setup with github and source access (the majority of our courses only need engine access and not source).

Its probably a bit late for me to worry about it now, but it’d be super if we could actually get this sorted

Anyway, need to get back to making AI tutorials

Hi Phil,

Our request was submitted September 5th, and we received the licenses on September 18th. So just shy of two weeks.

Hope this helps.

I began to prepare for a lecture Thursday after receiving the message that the Code Generation Team would be in contact within a week, I have eager stutdents and just as eager myself! I hope for Thursday’s lecture the codes will have arrived, I got the “Awaiting Generation” e-mail on the 19th; seem around on the time frame?

Thank You.

Hello,

for our University it took about 2 Weeks. But we had a confirmation conversion about the number of our requested licences in between.
