any good tutorials for texturing, uvmap and lightmap for ue4?

hello I’m beginning to work in a new project and i want to model basic stuff from my level (walls, some furniture and so on) but i need a few good tutorials for texturing, uvmap and lightmaps oriented to ue4.

can someone point to me to some tutorials for beginners ? please keep in mind that I’m a programming guy.

Hi,
There’s no really ‘special’ workflow to UE4; choose 3D software (Max, Maya, I personally prefer Blender) and start watching/reading tutorials for it to catch basics, then check some game oriented tips for example at http://wiki.polycount.com/wiki/Polycount :slight_smile:

uv map -> depends on your 3d program :slight_smile:
