For example, most of the time I get a “unable to execute request” error - looks like there’s only a short time about 1 minute to write a comment, after which the comment cannot be posted. Looks like there happen CSRF cross site certificate errors.
Sometimes new login works, sometimes not and I need to open answerhub again from scratch.
Also, often it only offers the wrong product versions dropdown, like here: No 4.26, only 4.25 preview available. Changes all times, I don’t see any pattern, when this happens or not…
Answerhub seems to give a couple of minutes to write a response before logging you out. There has been a lot of posts about this. Many people prepare answers beforehand and copy them into the page.
It also seems to log you out randomly, just to add to the experience.
There was quite a lot of problems a while ago with saddos posting garbage on the AH, but I’m sure there must be a better workaround.
I have been using Answerhub for the last couple of months and generally thought it was an issue on my end. I tried multiple browsers etc.
Glad I am not the only one. It’s really annoying though. You would think a company like Epic could introduce a decent backend infrastructure if they know these issues heavily affect those who are trying to help their community.
Same here, when it fails to post i copy the message, refresh, relog via the bot blue button then post after a new refresh. It’s a strange / outdated flow for sure
Hi, thanks for your replies. The clipboard is your friend - in the meantime, I start writing comments in text files, then pasting in, uploading any images and getting that again into my file with the correct links. Then do the final signin and hurry up to fill in everything and submit.
Sadly, this seems to lead to another problem, which I already had several times:

What are the rules, that this happens? Might be by random choice? At least my experience shows, that approval did not even happen after 2 days. I just created a new question, which is now in the queue… I’m gonna wait now and see what happens.
It’s pretty random. It happened to me several times, even after being on here for several years, and begin top of the karma charts for several months ( at the time… ).
Looks like I’m not able to post any more without getting into the “approval by moderator” status - question now there since 24 hours. I thought it might be because my question has 5 images and has more text, but even a short question is not possible to submit any more…
