And it will delete everything in between the pointy brackets including the brackets itself. It’s causing confusion with missing code because it would then error, so people are getting incorrect answers because answer hub is removing parts of their code.

It should post the information correctly if the Code Sample format is used when posting code, like so:
CreateDefaultSubobjectClass<stuffbetweenbrackets>
Edit: The Code Sample format can be applied by highlighting the intended text and hitting the Code Format button, which is the binary looking icon between the Quote button and the File Attachment button.
Hi , it appears the issue was with the person who posted a question and I assumed otherwise, apparently he had some setting wrong that affected comments as well, he was able to fix it somehow.
So this can be ignored/deleted.
