Another way to create a sprite?

I’m not sure if it just disappeared off the face of unreal engine or what , but i cannot for the life of me find the option anymore to create a sprite in the create advanced assets settings? I swear i used it in 4.10 and it was in the miscellaneous section (?)

This is driving me crazy, please don’t tell me it’s a bug and it just disappeared forever T_T Is there a different way to be able to create something besides the asset settings drop down ?

Right clicking any texture in the Content Browser brings up the Sprite Actions menu. From there you can create sprites, flipbooks, etc.
I’m using 4.10.4
