You seem to be missing a lot of files. Is this a project downloaded remotely from the cloud? (a site like google drive for instance)

If the project is not zipped then it can download with missing files / folders, causing errors on launch.

I would also suggest verifying your engine install through the epic launcher.

This is a launch via epic launcher on mac os m1 max.
The same project under windows 10 works fine and the file names are visible there. Checking the project does not help.

It happens when I run the game in the editor several times. Then after 3-5 launches, immediately after the launch, the screen is still black, I click on it with the mouse. Then there is a 35% chance that there will be a failure.
