Anodized metal with Substrate Material model

I like the old/new principle of creating materials, we are getting closer to standalone pass-tracing renders, which may be good news.

Question:
How can I create an Anodized material that is physically correct? How I can change color by parameters?
I saw in Keyshot such parameters for controlling the material/color: IOR, Film Thickness and Film Extinction Coefficient (k-factor).
If everything is clear regarding the film thickness and IOR, but how do I implement the film extension coefficient?
I used material “M_Substrate_IridescentB” from the Content sample and it’s close to what I want.
