AnimNotifyState called NotifyBegin every frame when i called Montage_Pause and Montage_Resume.
if AnimLength = 10, when Anim = 1, Pause 1s, then play start 2s(ingore 1s-2s).
AnimNotifyState(0s-10s), but when i pause montage, AnimNotifyState will called NotifyBegin every frame, look like spawn every frame.
