AnimNotify not triggered from PlayAnimation

For some reason AnimNotify event isn’t firing when the animation is played from PlayAnimation node, only when it’s running through the AnimGraph. Is that “working at intended”, or am I missing something?

The skeleton is the same, actor is the same, just a different way of playing the animation.
