I’m trying to use a slot node for a montage in my anim graph. But it refuses to accept a name. I’ve made a small clip showing my problem. I have a slot name “Arms” from my montage that I’m trying to put as the name for the slot as well.
Are there any workarounds in the meantime? Currently it also seems to cause me problems when trying to save (the skeleton will not save after adding a slot with this issue).
Thanks for the quick response! It seems like my saving issue was unrelated. There was a UE4Editor process kicking around (possibly from an earlier crash) which seemed to have caused some of my assets to be locked. After I killed that process, I was able to save again.
Thank you for the workaround using comments. I didn’t realize that the slot node bug was simply just a visual issue.
