Hello, i am experiencing the exact same issue, but on windows 10.
I used an iphone mini 12 for capture and am enabled to import any of my files.
HI @LordWinterT⊠Can you post your output log for the errors received? Is it the exact same as the log errors I posted previously above? MOV file conversion and file open issues?

No solution yet. I have yet to update my OS from Windows 11 Educational to Home or Pro⊠right now it seems like the only variable.

hey , i was also having the same issues but i just on the remote control (OSC server) i change the target ip adress the same as my pc i dont know why its not the same bc im on the same network but when i look for the ip adresse from the cmd (whrite ipconfig) i copy the ip on target on my phone and it work .
Thatâs a strange problem. Something somewhat similar happened to me previously, and it turned out to be a âcodec issue with.mov files on Windowsâ. The conversion stage would immediately fail after the file was transferred. To see if it helps, you might want to try âconverting the.mov file firstâ before importing it into Animator. Itâs also important to confirm that your system has âHEVC or Apple codecsâ fully installed.
