You cant constrain Animations to a certain Angle for a Marketplace Item. So it would be full Animation. Not sure if People would even be able to Upload such a Pack to the Marketplace. And aside from that I dont think Marketplace Creators would go for a Package like that since its not reaching a broad enough Audiance → Not a Money maker.
The guy saying sex isn’t a money maker is hilarious… Don’t listen to that. There’s not a lot of sex in games because of the ERSB and companies wanting to sell to wider audiences. But that doesn’t mean you can’t make a game with sex and sell the hell out of it. Trust me it will sell and it will sell AMAZINGLY well, even if the game isn’t that great, sadly. I do this for a living myself, I would know.
The answer to your question is No, Unreal will never have Sex Animations on their Marketplace. And there really isn’t any place you can buy them other than for Daz Studio, which is what I’ll suggest to you. There’s a website called, Renderotica that sells them. You’ll have to get Character Creator 3 Pipeline and iClone 7 so you can properly export those animations to Unreal. It’s costly and it’s a process but if you want them in your game without creating them yourself, that’s one of the only two ways. The other way is to go to the Unreal Facebook page and post there asking for an Animator to do them for you. 99.9% of the time, they’ll want to be paid. Obviously. But there’s a small chance someone would make you a couple for free, or already have some they made that they’re willing to share… Other than that though, you’re going to have to make them yourself.

Ask on the Unreal Devs Facebook Page for an Animator to Hire.
Or learn to make them yourself in Blender.

There are other ways to export the anims, for free. And you can edit them, as well.
