Animations different when using them in blend spaces to when they are in the sequencer

It looks like its certain bones which don’t have the right rotation in the blend space. So only the spine_01 bone seems to have the right rotation.

Same for the looking up animation.

I am lost on why this is happening because I have another set of aim offsets which dont have the same problem.
I have tried making a completely new blendspace and re-doing the animations but no luck on either.
