Animations, blend shapes, facial mocap, importing from blender

Hi,

I have som experience from another engine and in that it was qoute easy to import blend shapes (morph targets)from Blender.
I have tried to do so in UE4 but havent had any succes. I think read some were that Blenders blend shapes didn’t export the blend shapes to UE4 in the current blender Fbx exporter. (Please correct me if Im wrong here, It would be wounderfull if im wrong :slight_smile: )
I have seen videos of ppl doing this in Maya, but sinse im a hobbyist, that program is out of my price range.
Have any one tried some other program, free or not so expensive (Modo have an indie version that I could afford but I dont wanna learn a new program unless im sure it will solve my problems).

I also wounder if anyone have done som succesfull facial mocap and gettign this in to Unreal. I tried Face shift and Brekel before but I dont know how to get the animations in to UE4.

I haven’t tried importing morph targets that were exported using blenders 7.4 exporter but they do work if exported from the 6.2 exporter, also I think I read somewhere that exporting morph targets from the 7.4 exporter had been fixed in one of the latest versions.
