Hi all! I’m trying to get an animation created in maya working in unreal, and running into a lot of trouble. When I import the skeleton with no animation it seems to load in fine at a normal size, and testing it by rotating the bones in the inspector shows no issues. However, when uploading the animation, all bones under the pelvis shrink towards the pelvis relative to their original position, and the animation doesn’t seem to work right. I’d love to get some advice/suggestions! Pics below.

That is really odd. Does the animation have a different scale than the mesh? What does your animation look like when root motion is applied? In the meantime, here is a solved post with a similar issue, but it is blender so I am not sure how much applies:
