I’m trying out animation sequencer for the first time while attempting to follow a tutorial, however; noticed that any skeletal mesh I used didn’t animate. In this example I have a duplicate of the SKM_Quinn_Simple skeletal mesh with a ‘ClimbingLadder_UE’ animation.
We can see some parts of the mesh animating a little bit but nothing more, not sure why it’s doing this. It is the same with any other animation I try or skeletal mesh.
Looks like the rig is locked. I had a similer problem baking facial animation. Had to delete the control rig and then it worked.
Probably something similer going on here.

Nevermind found it, had to Edit the skeletal mesh in Asset Details I went to Animation Rig > Default Animation Rig and hit Clear so none was selected and it started to work, thanks @Genjon1 !
