animation sequence initial position slider maxes at 0.3333?

Anybody seen this before?

The slider ranged for Initial Position on an animation sequence maxes out at 0.333, as if though the range was mapped from 0-1 to 0-0.333.

It still works…just that the slider is super sensitive now because of the tiny range. This has got to be a bug, right? Not intended behavior for any reason? I’m using 5.3.

I have exported the animation from Maya at framerate of 30fps, and the only non-default value in unreal is that I set interpolation type to stepped.

here is the import settings:

on the slider, at 100% of the animation is shows (0.33). Not sure what this value means. In the past the initial position I thought was always 0-1.

not sure if it is a feature or a bug, but the range is different for different animation sequences. It is always consistent with that second number in parenthesis. I am not sure what that number is, seems to be divided by 30 frames or something.

Not causing any problem, just a curiosity as I am pretty sure it used to always be normalized to 0-1.
