Hi guys, please help - no matter what I do I always get wrong finger retargeting from Maya to UE5. FBX is imported and is playing in UE5 pefrfect - as you can see all hand poses are matching perfectly (see the pose where character connects both hands together). I manually retargeted all bones for arms, legs and even each finger with IK goals and know for sure each bone chains match and still I get wrong finger orinetations which don’t match. I also set to maximum Blend to Source parameter which should drag the bone to Source bones’ position and still not getting even good-enough match. I would appreciate any help/advice!

Your posses to not match (the fingers in your model are more straightened than the slightly curled / relaxed hand pose in the source model).
You would either need to change the bind pose of your target model to match the other model more closely or edit the finger animation by hand (you could also try getting the palms closer to each other with ik)
You could also try different options in the re-targeting of rigs when it comes to per bone settings
In DCC software you would probably do separate ik’s for each finger and then just bake out the target animation (that’s how Bungie did it in Destiny with python tools in Maya)
