hi,how about poses,are they both A pose or T pose?

No, one’s in A pose and one’s in T, does that make any difference?

yes.big difference.
you must adjust their poses to be the same.
more alike they are,more accurate the animations.

How can I change pose in Unreal?

wait a min…what version are you using…
it’s around the top left corner in 5.2.but I can’t seem to find it in the video

If I use RetargetPose and rotate my arms 50 degrees to bring them to T pose. I get this.

could you show their poses together?again what version are you using.if it’s 5.4 there’s a big change on the retargeting tool which I have no experience on .

Sorry.I don’t have much experience on 5.4 retargeting tool.haven’t worked on it.not sure how it works :worried:.hopefully someone else here could help you.
