I have been trying to retarget the animations for one of my characters and I am getting weird poses. I have never had issues retargeting before. I will link an example project for people to take a look at down below and post some images of my issues. If you think you might know what is going on, my team and I would really appreciate the help. It is super important that I am able to retarget these animations, thanks!

The correct pose is on the left and the retarget is on the right. I have no idea why this is happening.
