Animation question with Blender (Using Auto-Rig Pro)

Hello, I use Blender 2.82a and Auto-Rig Pro 3.48.23 to make animation. and it work very well.

But if I use 2.83LTS with Auto-Rig Pro 3.48.23, animation will be reversed.

How do I solve these problems?
