Animation question - Arms aiming independently from each other and from the legs?

Hey everyone

We’re working on a 3rd person game where you can lock-on to 2 different targets, one for the gun on the left hand and another with the gun on the right hand and shoot them independently.

My question is how would one go about animating this? Does unreal have a way of separating both arm animations from each other as well from the legs.
