Animation Process for a Building Construction Sequence

I am currently working on a project. We want to create a animation of a buildings construction. I have done this before in 3ds max and animated one in Unreal using the Sequence tool. But for this project I am trying to import my meshes from 3ds max with the animations already baked in, into Unreal. Then I can create some UI and blueprints to trigger these animations, similar to a slide in a presentation.

Currently I have run into a issue with 3ds max and Grouping my objects. So I need a solution to easily add all my animation sequences for several thousand objects, without clicking on each mesh and assigning the correct sequence to it a thousand times.
