Animation problem :(

Hi, I have a problem with an animation:
I was making the moves I succeeded and when I move my character its as if I shout (I walk and it goes back a few steps and it walks back and so on) If someone has the solution I’m a taker

far from an expert with animations but i belive its root motion.
You can disable it or not play animation on root bone, or use a in-place version of the animation.
