Animation Problem in the lower skeleton of Character

I created flying animations for the ‘Phase’ chracter from paragon. I created the animations manually in Persona. Then I created a blendspace of the 2 animation. When I view the animations individually or in the blendspace, they work normally. But when I play the level, the legs of the character remain unchanged. They remain to tally static while the body above waist functions the animations properly. Attached are some screenshots which can help you understand my problem.
