Animation notifies timeline doesn't appear anywhere?

I’m trying to follow some basic animation notify tutorials but in every single one, when they open the animation sequence, a notify timeline appears where they can just drag and drop everything: Imgur: The magic of the Internet.

When I open it, I can’t find a single window that looks like this. This is the closest window I can find but I can’t even edit it in any way: Imgur: The magic of the Internet

How can I work with animation notifies? I’m in 4.25.

Hello.

In animation sequence window, you will see the Notifies tab above the Curves tab right (Propably you will see 1) ?
And you will see the small rectangles near the Notifies tab. Right click the rectangles and Add Notify.
