What I would recommend is to check the software you are using to import into unreal, double check your import settings. If you cannot figure it out via double checking your import settings, I would recommend downloading software to help you work with animations modeling and anything else that you could have issues with in the future, I would recommend Blender since its a free software and the community for blender is so vast you can get help just from joining the discord and asking for help with animations. Importing animations are easy, just look at youtube for it and you can figure it out in like 20 mins.
