Animation Montage Not playing all bones!


I created an animation sequence within the editor by adding keys (using additive layer tracks) to a base pose and it all looks fine, but when I create an animation montage from that sequence only the hands are moving, everything else remains in the original pose.

Any ideas on whats causing this?

PS. Im using a mixamo character with unreal skeleton, in case that matters.

The same thing happens when I try to playing the animation sequence through a “Play Slot Animation” node.

Found my mistake.
I had added a translation key to the root bone, to shift the character’s origin. After removing that, everything works again.
