Animation Montage Freezes

Not 100% sure where to post this so apologies if It’s the wrong section.

I’m running into an issue where the editor for Animation Montages sometimes freezes the client and it just stops moving entirely. My PC works perfectly fine while it’s frozen and I have to force close it with the task manager.

Any fixes for this I should try?
