I have a character animation. Shown here:
In the animation I have to create some finger bone transformations as you can see in the image. Without these transformations, the montage editor works fine. However once I put even a single bone translation in, it looks fine here in the animation sequencer.
However in the montage, the skeletal mesh reverts to the base skeleton (the UE 4 mannequin) and its laying on its back.
This does not impact my game, if I play the game it works fine. However it makes timing things in the montage editor like anim notifies a bit painful.
I’ve never encountered this before until today (5.3.2). Any recommendations?
