Whenever i use an animation that moves in any direction besides forward, it leaves the capsule, then comes back in. What would cause this? I’ve set up an example project to show it (sorry about static audio): Broken Animation Blueprint UE4 - YouTube
Can you post an image of your character blueprint. It looks like the input controls are not setup correctly.
I think I see what is going on. Open up your animation in the editor and check to make sure your animations are staying in one location. If the animations are moving to the side or in any direction for that matter then that is why the problem is coming from. And that looks like what is happening. Most animations should be with the root staying in a constant location.
No it’s staying in place in the animation. I made sure by checking the animation center and its always at the same spot.
