Animation Issues with MetaHumans in Unreal 5.4.3

Hello everyone, can anyone help me figure this out? I was trying to outfit a custom armor on a metahuman in Unreal 5.4.3, and the power went out. The next day when I opened the engine, my character looked all distorted and messed up, so I had to re-upload him. But then another problem arose: the skeletons for the animations got messed up and the animation icon is empty (I manually adjusted the ready-made animations using control rig, and I created one from scratch). When I click on the animation, it prompts me to select a skeleton for it. I select the metahuman skeleton, go into the animation, but it doesn’t work. I try other animations from the list, the preview works, but when I assign the skeleton to those animations, they stop working. I would prefer not to start from scratch, I’ve already spent a lot of time on this.
