Animation inside game for virtual production

I am currently working on a virtual production project. The scene I am going to record (on green screen) involves a person moving at a constant rate on a skateboard. To create the illusion of movement,
I plan to move the entire world around them while they remain stationary on the stage. I would appreciate any advice on the best way to achieve this.

To make things a bit more difficult, the ground isn’t flat and has a gradual hill. I’m also looking for a way to prevent the skateboarder from appearing to float. Can anyone help me with these two questions?
