Animation import from maya to unreal

I animated a flip motion in maya and imported it into Unreal. However, the animation is not the same it got messed up as you can see the difference between the animation in maya and unreal.

Not sure if it has anything to do with pivot points or the skeleton.

I would appreciate some help and guidance, thank you!
