Animation Goes Bonkers!

I have this animation:

Simple - wouldn’t you say?

When imported into the Dev Kit - That Fan’s Rotation bounces it all over the center of that circle.

Kind of like these:

See how the center of the rotate has gone all nutter butter? It’s somehow added a rotation to the rotation, not sure how.

Any idea on a fix for this?

I use Maya 2016 for creation just for FYI.
