Animation gap between host and client

i’m using the new multi-user viewer template from 4.21 for a VR projects.
I have two pc with an HTC Vive and an Oculus. The scene is very simple, it’s a 3d model .fbx imported with animation.

After packaging i play on both pc (Host and client), but after a while the animation is not synced anymore. I can clearly see a differences of many seconds between the two PC.

The animation is set on play by the animation tab in the skeletal mesh component in the level, so should not be affected by tick, fps or differents pc specs. Ther’s no level streaming.

There is a specific way to setup even a standar animation to properly replicate on client or there is a way to sync animation between host and client?
