I wish to apologise in advanced if this is not the place to ask, but I am not sure if the root of the problem is cause on Blender side or Unreal.
Basically, I try to import an animation to Unreal 5. The animation is working perfectly in blender and I have export the fbx to 3D max and threejs for testing it works. However, when it came to Unreal, a part of the animation is not working.

Note:
- the Signboard is control by a bone as well.
