Animation Bone Offsets Per Animation?

Is there a way to adjust the bone translations and rotations for each animation?

My current situation:

  1. I retargeted an animation and the bones were all over the place.
  2. I “fixed” it by adjusting the bones in that anim, but it changed the skeleton instead.
  3. Now all other animations are out of whack.
