Animation and Skeleton Retargeting Problems

Okay, so I really don’t like the re-targeting in Unreal Engine. No matter how I setup my rig or my imported skeleton the animations never come out right. I also used the recursive to skeleton setup in the Skeleton Tree and it just sets the skeleton back to import pose. In Unity3D they had a system that all you had to do was import your humanoid skeleton and set it up in their Retarget setup and it auto retargeted all the animations for you, smoothly. Why can’t a company that makes millions do something that a much smaller company perfected? (Not insulting EPIC Games, Just a legit question)
