Animating a StaticMeshActor to appear gradually

Hi, I hope that someone can help, and I can explain it probably. I don’t know if this should be done with animation or in the material.
I need an animated effect on a static mesh actor. It needs to highlight paths going from completely opaque, to start in one side and fill it up with color to the end of the path, like it would look if you draw it in a piece of paper. It needs to be something like in the first 3 seconds of this video:

And I need it to be visual in Cinematics.
