I’m experimenting with adding a little preview flythrough for a level. I know some of the UE4 basics, and I’ve created a simple “level preview” that plays at the beginning of a level (this is done using Matinee).
I want to emulate the effects in this video, specifically the animated arrow that flies through the course. The “Start” that appears is simple enough, but I’ve no clue how to animate a growing arrow.
I’ve looked into particle emitters, ribbon trails, and animating vine growth, but I’m not sure if that is the right path to follow. If anybody could point me in the right direction to accomplish this task, I would greatly appreciate it!
