Animated model not update normals on mesh during animation

Hello guys,
I’ve recently encountered an issue in both UE4 and UE5 (the issue is the same in both).
For example, I have an animated mesh where the bones are being scaled during the animation. As a result, the mesh is scaled too.
However, when the mesh is scaled, the normal shading doesn’t update correctly — it stays the same as it was before the animation.When the mesh is animated , all the polygons have to be smooth. However, the corner in the middle of the model is stretched also by the animations, but the shading normals behave as if it isn’t stretched and the area there is black dark..
I’ve tried with different meshes, but the result is always the same. Is there a fix for this ?
