Animated mesh and a static mesh combined

Is there a way of combining a animated object ( ie rotors ) with another object ( like the body of the aircraft ) into one object and keeping the animation?

Besides making a blueprint. I am trying to export out as a glTF file and keep the animation of the rotors.

Not familiar with combining animated and non animated actors into a single blueprint. It might also depends how the animation is made.
