Hey!
I wanted to optimize my Anim Graph by swapping out some variables out for property access nodes which gets the same value. However, now the Anim Graph seems to be doing whatever it wants to and doesn’t follow the transition rules
I tested out the reliability of the variables by printing them on screen while playing and they seem perfectly fine, something is just up with the Anim Graph.
As an example, whether the condition for the crouch state is true or false, it stays always crouched. Here are some screenshots demonstrating the value change when I’m playing and the entry condition for the crouching state (the exit condition is the same but with a NOT in between):
