Android URL Intent

The Launch URL button on Android builds via the Play Store returns an
androidThunkJava_LaunchURL: Could not find an application to receive the URL intent

We’ve made sure there is a https:// at the beginning and / at the end of the string but for some reason it always returns this same message. This issue does not happen on the identical PC build and Play In Editor build.
