Android scalability settings?


is there any way to reduce the cpu/gpu load for android?

Currently UE4 for Android uses r.MobileContentScaleFactor to lower the resolution. Here is the documentation on where to locate that, and for a little clarification, here is an AnswerHub thread wherein how UE4 relates devices to Android profiles. However, that all said, we’re currently investigating a known issue wherein changing the scale factor does not actually apply the resolution changes. For tracking purposes, the issue’s JIRA number is UE-13406. Hope this helps a little, and sorry for the bad news.
